About Us

What separates The Mount Prospect Figure Skating Academy (MPFSA) from the conventional skating program is our specialized coaches with over 60+ years of coaching and personal skating experience. The energy, talent, and passion we bring to the table enrich the overall training opportunities at MPFSA. With collaboration from the management team at Mount Prospect Ice Arena, we have found a new home to teach skaters in many capacities – beyond the basic skills. We are excited as a team to create firm grassroots and beyond. The MPFSA is also thrilled to offer training enhancements such as special clinics, apparatus, Olympic coaching/skater workshops, and off-ice training facilities that will allow our skaters the continued challenge and opportunities to thrive and meet their potential.
